Conveniently located next to a shopping mall, near food outlets and public transport. The shuttle bus to the metro is also essential as otherwise it is a 10-15 minute walk, which is not pleasant in the Singapore humidity. Staff are very kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Shower pressure beats many 5 star hotels. Even shampoo is upgraded to a new brand just in case you had enough of lemongrass scent. Good choice there. Safety box, iron and board all conveniently available. The free use of a hotel smart phone was brilliant, it meant we could look up things to do on the move and use google maps to find our way, which came in useful every time we went out. Some variation for the breakfast spread would be great and not the same kind of food every morning.

We walked everywhere so it’s well located. Lots of great food, coffee, drink, and shopping options nearby. 10 min walk to a major train station. Wonderful breakfast spread. No lunch or dinner offered, but many restaurants nearby to walk to so it was no issue. There were times we sat in the lobby area, had some of their complimentary coffee and worked from our laptops. It was comfortable and WiFi is excellent. All staff were polite and extremely helpful, especially the front desk staff. The rooms are smallish yet very comfortable and very clean. Any more than 2 people and you may want to get added rooms. They provide shampoo, body soap, hair dryer and other typical amenities, but not hair conditioner so bring your own if you care. It was easy for me to find a shop where I could buy some. The bed slanted up some in the middle, but it didn’t prevent me from sleeping well, and I’m picky. Recommend!

Loved my stay at this hotel. Room was nice, clean, comfortable and modern with all the amenities that you need. Even the styling hair dryer was a good welcome from the usual lousy hair dryers that one can find in hotels. Each room is equipped with a smart phone and data for free and was very helpful if you do not have a local sim card. Hotel is situated beside a lovely and serene small park which was excellent for leisurely early morning strolls after breakfast. There is also a small shopping mall beside this hotel with sufficient restaurants, and a good food court plus a place to buy groceries if you are too lazy to go far from the hotel after a busy day. Food in the hotel was okay but such a selection outside was on offer. Cab fares to most places never exceeded $16 Sing which for 3 was cheaper than the MTR which should be told to all tourist guests.

I fell in love with this hotel when I saw it on the internet, the room has a cushion beside the window so you can just lay there in the afternoon and read books, chitchat with your friend or eating snack or whatever. It's just too comfortable. Breakfast was great too, with a LOT of choices, whatever you want seriously. And the shuttle bus, it was amazing cause they drop you in the nearest MRT or Orchard Road which make my trip even easier. And they pick you up from the MRT or Orchard Road as well, so no worries! The shuttle bus schedule is kinda confusing at first and the seat is limited so maybe they can add more schedule for the shuttle trip.
