員工服務素質非常高，打服務台電話馬上就可以叫出住宿客戶的姓，且飯店設施有很多很貼心的設計，例如浴室裡的防滑磚還有浴室裡化妝位置，已在台北市區，這樣的位置地點、房間也很大，以這樣的價格來說，C P值非常的高，下次如果還有機會到台北旅遊一定會再入住神旺。

神旺的服務人員很優秀，會記得住客之前來入住過，地點方便安靜，還可以泡澡，1樓大廳有旺旺餅乾飲料免費使用，附近生活機能很好，已經住過超過5次以上，只要有房價特價即會來住當作台北小度假，推荐。
