I'm fair back frame five evenings here. We did choose to sprinkle out and it was well worth it. Sweden is eye waveringly expensive for Brits, you would like to be arranged for that. We chosen on a greater room ignoring an insides yard, in truth it ignored a roof range and was not at all dreary or shady. The room was dazzling, all mod cons, great beds, bounty of space. It was a nice put to unwind and assemble our contemplation. The washroom was well named and the shower amazing in spite of the fact that it did deplete exceptionally gradually. Lodging staff were dazzling and the food/drinks all brilliant. There are parts of pleasant inner places to sit and chill. Would certainly come back in case we can

The rooms are tasteful, stylish and personally decorated. The staff is available, service willingly in a pleasurable way without it being artificial. We chose the continental breakfast in the room plus on with eggs Benedict from the list and everything was fresh and good. We also tested afternoon tea in the room and it was perfect after some shopping, both sweet and salty was tasty. Shellfish buffet (theme walks in the fall) in the evening at Verandan in nice company was super. We do not know what could have been better, we are very pleased with our stay and the service at Grand Hotel.

Everything Literal, exquisite and close treatment, all facilities within our reach. Clean (as expected from a five-star hotel), breakfasts with outstanding products, very comfortable bed, great tub, top location. Its geographical location, overlooking the water and the Royal Palace. The restaurant was 5+, which class on both food and serving staff. The immediate accessibility of the most interesting sites of the city, on foot. Proximity to the metro and central station. Comfort, efficiency and friendliness of the service. Hard to say what was extra good, everything was extremely good.

This is one of the iconic hotels in Stockholm, full of history and the old-time grace, reflected fully in its design and decorations. The location was central and convenient, making it easy to walk to many famous places as well as taking the underground. The staff were very professional and friendly. I know that in a Nordic country, they probably don't appear to be as smiley but I think they are probably the happiest hotel staff I have seen, genuinely happy, not on-the-surface happy. If you talk to any of them politely, you can expect exactly the same treatment back and I love that. The room and the amenities were perfect, more than you can expect from a standard 5-star hotel. The service was way about a standard 5-star hotel chain. From the front desk, to concierge, to the bar. We had a little issue with our room for which we rang up the front desk, they couldn't resolve it straight away but they solved it for 2-night of our stay with everything transferred to our new room seamlessly. The breakfast quality was decent and the environment was nice, not too crowded with sufficient staff to cover all the tables. Although, if you are coming from the U.K., you might find their tea a bit weak for the tasting after adding milk. The first day I asked the staff to make my tea stronger but they didn't quite get it. I would love coming back next time I come to Stockholm.
