Overall is good
The service from check-in to check-out was amazing, from the front desk staff to the concierge. They were continuously willing to help. Our room was on the 26th floor with an astounding view of Tokyo. We had a deluxe room which had bounty of space. The partitioned washroom with soaker tub was too a decent highlight. There are a number of eateries at the base of the hotel, counting an excellent Italian restaurant. it may be a 6 min walk from the train station that gets you all around Tokyo. There's a decent Samurai Museum right behind the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel is the location. The area has a very active night life.
Great hotel if you are only there to sleep!
I loved the hotel, everyone there was lovely, the room was quite small. We were there for 8 nights in total. There was no wardrobe space which was annoying. I would recommend if you are there for 5 days or under. Bathroom is great, enclosed wet room.
I had a few days reserved to visit some tourist attractions and go shopping in Shinjuku before I head out to my next stop in Tokyo. I spent my morning at the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden while watching a few locals have their picnics. Next was Lumine, four malls where you can shop and grab a bite to eat for snacks. Before heading back to the hotel, I ate dinner in the Robot Restaurant where I had the most enjoyable time. My second night was basically all for shopping around Shinjuku. Hotel staff was great, friendly, and very efficient. Although quite busy, they would take time to talk to guests and assist them with whatever. Room had a super comfortable bed; it was really hard to get out of. The room size was a bit small, but I don’t think that’s unusual in Japan. If you’re just there to sleep, then it’s fine. Highly recommended!
位置非常方便，酒店附近食和買的地方很多； 房間比起其他東京酒店大； 一定會再入住這酒店！
The Hotel Gracery is a nice modern hotel, located in Shinjuku. Rooms are not the largest, but are very well appointed. Gracery has a variety of services, such as a coin operated laundry if you are travelling for an extended period. Located above a cinema and mall which provides a variety of eating options. One negative- it is in the middle of Shinjuku’s redlight district, which is tame as far as red light districts go, but may upset some.
The Godzilla gimmick is great and we got some great photos. There is a sensor at the back of the Godzilla neck on the 8th floor. Godzilla will roar if you trigger the sensor. Pretty cool! The hotel is in a great location for Tokyo's nightlife and is close to the rail and metro stations. The rooms have great views of the city. There are restaurants and convenience stores in the hotel building. The rooms are modern and clean, but very very small - it was a bit of a squeeze for two people. The aircon was good and could be controlled in the room. Area is fun though still has some of the old red light history. The buffet was a little pricey so we only ate there once.
This hotel is in a good location to see Shinjuku and it's night life. Would recommend a couple nights here, rooms are average size for budget hotel in Tokyo. We had the regular room package. Wouldn't spend all time in Tokyo in Shinjuku personally but for this area it's great. The night life is excellent and you are not a far walk from the famous Golden Gai area as well. We stayed here for two nights on our fourth trip to Japan and then moved to a hotel in Shibuya for remainder of Tokyo portion of Japan.
