The front desk agent who checked me in was amazing especially since we came in so late! She was very sweet and professional, I believe her name was Kim. She gave us a lovely corner room so my kid could have a bit more space. The house staff were ever accommodating, the WiFi was a bit on and off but it gave me time to spend with the family. Thats where it leads me to my only concern. I was lucky enough to meet both Rashana and Maria at concierge who were an absolute treat. They always we're in such a great mood and they were so helpful! Unfortunately when those two weren't there the desk was empty, and if it weren't empty another woman was there who would either ignore me and my family or she would be complacent with any questions or help we needed. She clearly didn't care to be there which was unfortunate seeing as her colleagues were the complete opposite. If you go to this hotel try to ask for either Maria or Rahana because they truly care about your needs. Outside of that other concierge woman the rest of the stay was wonderful. Room was recently renovated, clean, spacious room couldn't hear others in the rooms and we were near the elevator. Breakfast was included so we had the Brunch. Not sure that I would pay $29/person but as it was included we used it. Internet is free if you sign up for IHG rewards easy to do. Pool was saltwater along with the hot tub both clean and relaxing. Valet parking was more expensive but there was an event that weekend and parking was full around so it was easier to just get them to park for us. Once parked you could just walk anywhere lots to do in the area and lots of restaurant choices.
