The room was clean, housekeeping was complete and they made sure we had bottled waters for the whole day. The whole place was exclusive for checked in clients so security is certainly not an issue. I also cherish how reliably inviting and affable all the staff were. They continuously welcomed and grinned to the visitors. The breakfast buffet had a few choices from pancakes, waffles, breads and cakes, eggs, bacon, filipino nourishment, dumplings, wanton, congee, serving of mixed greens, cold cuts, fruits and cereals. Our tummies were full and fulfilled. The bar has a happy hour which we took advantage of from 3pm-5pm. There is also a free shuttle going to Alona at 3pm and pick up from there is 5pm.

First of all their welcome felt very warm. From the refreshments served in the lobby to the cute elephant towel folding on the soft, big bed with a personalized handwritten welcome letter. The complimentary toiletries were also good quality. They even had goodies given when we checked out. Our room was good and the resort (beach and sea, 5 stars) it's stunning! The wifi connection is everywhere in their big resort. Among the hotels and resorts I've stayed in this island I must say they have the fastest connection. I have to be honest but I could not think of anything they can do to make it better. Our experience staying there was memorable!

South Palm Resort in Pangalo, Bohol is the real epitome of the word 'Paradise'. Hands down to all the smiling and friendliest staff, the uncomparable heaven like ambiance, and fresh mouthwatering food! This is now one of my favorite resorts in the world! Located in the white sandy beach with the longest shoreline, the villas and rooms are just feet away from the waves. And this resort is beautiful. Rooms were good( modern and clean), the pool was always empty, and the never ending changing hues of the water were inviting.The staff is very accommodating Overall, the hotel is perfect and just needs to maintain the quality of service they provide.

The place is amazing! It had a long beach and lots of hammocks. Very relaxing. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The place had tight security so its very safe. since i traveled alone, i felt very secure. Plus the place was well lit at night so its not scary to walk around. The view from our room was majestic. The beach was so clean and beautiful. So serene and private. Not crowded; exactly what I wanted. The restaurant offered only a few dishes without meat and the quality of the food didn't always convince us. The staff was very friendly, but delivery slow.
