Great location, SPA, service and breakfast. the only downside is that the heating was very hot on 5th floor :-)

I visited Prague for the first time with my friends and was blown away with the hotel's location , room and the friendly staff especially Jakub. Jakub was helpful in telling all the good tourist spots near the hotel and he had really good recommendations for bars, restaurants and things to do in Prague. He helped us making our stay really comfortable and eventful. Our room had a view overlooking the river and everything was perfect! We dined in the restaurant Elements which was amazing and then another day in the bar, this combined with the amazing breakfast in the morning meant we were well fed! The staff were very accommodating and helpful, particularly the doorman! Overall everything was perfect and made for a lovely holiday.
